For laser manufacturers we provide mirrors made to your drawings and specifications. We will hold parts in stock to support KanBan production, and can supply parts as “kits” to issue to the factory floor. Full test results and metrology can be provided. Mirrors are vacuum packed in Class 100 conditions, and labelled with your part number.

We understand how critical optical components are to laser manufacturers, and the confidence needed in the supplier. We have been manufacturing high power laser mirrors for 20 years, and regularly provide parts for 25KW, even 40KW machines.

For laser users we stock a wide selection of standard mirrors for most industrial CO2 laser cutting and welding systems. Our range includes mirrors based on the most common substrate materials Copper mirrors, Silicon mirrors, Molybdenum mirrors, Aluminium mirrors, and are available with a range of optical coatings for use with CO2 laser beam delivery, CO2 laser cavities, and for polarization of beams.

We can also identify laser mirrors from the less common machines, or even from special “one off” systems. We can manufacture laser optics for laser cutting, or laser engraving systems where the original manufacturers no longer provide support for the equipment, but some specifications are available.

We also rework and refurbish laser mirrors to as good as new. This can be a fantastic cost saving apart form being environmentally friendly….see our recent newsletter
